Enter your Gaya Live API Key

Log into your GravityCerts dashboard, navigate to Forms → Settings → GravityCerts, scroll to Gaya, and paste your Live API Key. Click Test Connection to verify, then Save.

Create your Gaya feed for each form

For each form you want to connect, create a new GravityCerts feed, select “Gaya” as the action, choose Personal or Commercial Lines, and select which PDF(s) to include.

Enable PDF generation (if needed)

If your form doesn’t yet generate PDFs, add a PDF feed under the form’s PDF settings. Once created, it will appear as an option in your Gaya feed configuration.

Submit a test lead – you’re done

Test with a real submission. Within seconds, you’ll see a new record appear in your Gaya portal with the PDF(s) extracted as intelligent records. Your team can start Super Pasting immediately.
