If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the rights described below.
This page covers personal information GravityCerts collects and controls directly, as a business contact, lead, account holder, or customer of GravityCerts. It does not cover personal information collected through an individual insurance agency’s website that GravityCerts hosts on their behalf (quote forms, Client Center accounts, policy information, etc.). GravityCerts processes that information solely as a service provider for that agency; requests about it should be directed to the agency whose website you used. See “More Information” below.
Your Rights as a California Resident
Right to Know
You may request that we tell you what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Right to Delete
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you. Certain exceptions apply, including information needed to complete a purchase or invoice, provide ongoing account access, or comply with legal and tax obligations.
Right to Correct
If personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, you may request that we correct it.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of Google Ads remarketing may constitute sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You have the right to opt out of this sharing.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
GravityCerts’ own systems do not collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or health information) about you as a business contact or customer of GravityCerts. Where such information appears on a client agency’s website we host, it belongs to that agency and is not used by GravityCerts for any purpose beyond providing the hosting platform, see “More Information” below.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not deny, penalize, or provide you a lower level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
How to Submit a Privacy Request
You may submit a request to know, delete, correct, or opt out by contacting us through any of the following:

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days (extendable by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary). We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. You may make a verifiable request no more than twice in a 12-month period, and you do not need to create an account with us to submit one.
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to our ability to verify that authorization.
Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through Google Ads remarketing, contact us using the methods above. You may also manage advertising preferences directly through:
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or device sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal, we treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, for that browser or device, to the extent required by California law.

If you’re trying to exercise privacy rights regarding an insurance agency’s website (a quote you submitted, a Client Center account, or your policy information), please contact that agency directly — they control that data and are responsible for responding to your request. GravityCerts, as their technology provider, will assist them in fulfilling verified requests as required by our agreement and applicable law.
