What's included in the design fee?
Great question. The set up fee is charged for the time needed to create a custom designed website.
If you are a new agency you most likely don’t have a website yet. This set up fee includes the actual design and creation of your website. We optimize your website for mobile devices, and SEO. We also have a lot of pre-built content for both personal and commercial lines that you may use to customize for your agency. If you choose the Agency Pass we create your agency dashboard for you, which comes pre-populated with many of the most common mortgagees, carrier information, agency training information, and more.
If you are an existing agency, you probably already have a website. In this case we work to migrate all your existing content onto the GravityCerts platform. If you choose the Teams Pass or the Agency Pass, we can either keep your same overall design, or create a new design for you. Your preference. If you choose the Template option, we provide an awesome template website for you, but there is no customization besides your logos, colors, and primary images that match your agency branding and staff information. We also make improvements to SEO, usability, schema, readability, user interface design, and more. Every website we have migrated has needed improvements in one, or more, of these areas. We take the time to make sure your website migration is correct, and actually improves your SEO.
We work with you to set up your domain to point to your new website. If you use Nowcerts AMS, Agencyzoom, Zapier, or other software we integrate with, we help you get your website integrated so your quote forms and client center work properly. If your agency has unique requirements we work with you to address any customizations your website may require.
