GravityCerts
New integration

Send every web lead to Ringy automatically.

Every lead from your GravityCerts website form goes straight into Ringy, the CRM and dialer. No copy-paste and no Zapier, so your agents can call or text within seconds.

Included with every GravityCerts plan. Already use GravityCerts and Ringy? Follow the setup guide.

The problem

Leads sit until someone moves them.

Agencies running Ringy often get web leads by hand, by CSV import, or through a Zapier connection. Every minute a lead waits is a minute of speed to lead your team doesn't get back.

Without the integration Manual or generic

  • Leads wait. Someone has to export, import or re-key them first.
  • Leads arrive thin. Generic connectors tend to send only name, email and phone.
  • Failures stay quiet. A broken connection may not tell anyone.

With GravityCerts + Ringy Built in

  • Leads send themselves. Each submission goes to Ringy as a new lead.
  • Leads arrive complete. Products, ZIP and source can travel with the lead.
  • Results are visible. Every entry shows whether Ringy got the lead.
Field mapping

You choose what Ringy receives.

It works on any form, with nothing hard-coded to a form or field ID. Pick the core fields from dropdowns, then add anything else your producers want to see.

Form fieldLead fields
NameFirst and last name
EmailEmail
PhonePhone number Required

ZIP codezip_code

UTM campaignutm_campaign
Google click IDgclid

Additional field names are whatever you map in your Ringy lead vendor, and they are case sensitive. Type a new name in the vendor's field mapping and Ringy creates the custom field.

Clean phone numbers

Numbers are reduced to 10 digits, and a leading 1 is removed.

Ideas for extra fields

  • ZIP code
  • Products requested
  • Notes
  • Lead source
  • Page URL
  • UTM values
  • gclid
  • fbclid
  • msclkid
  • Ringy custom fields

Running paid ads? Capture UTM values and click IDs in hidden form fields, and they can travel into Ringy with the lead.

Control and reliability

Built for the leads you can't afford to lose.

Decide which leads go where, and let the plugin handle the outages, double sends and bad data that would otherwise land on your team.

Control who gets sent

Use conditional logic on the feed so only the right submissions go to Ringy.

Different forms, different lead sources

A feed can override the site's SID and Auth Token, so forms can go to different Ringy lead vendors.

Automatic retries

If Ringy is down or the connection fails, it tries up to 3 more times on its own.

Duplicate protection

An accepted lead is never re-sent automatically, and two processes can't send the same entry at once.

Notify the team

"Ringy Completed" can trigger a Gravity Forms notification, such as an email to the agent, when a lead is accepted.

Safe handling

Leads go securely to Ringy's lead-vendor API, using your agency's own SID and Auth Token.

Never silent

Every entry shows what happened to the lead.

Open any entry and the Ringy box shows the status, Lead ID, Vendor Response ID, HTTP status, attempts and any error message. The entry notes get a line too.

Ringy took the lead and replied with a Lead ID. It will never be re-sent automatically.

Getting started

Four steps. About 15 minutes.

A WordPress admin on your agency's site can do this, with no developer needed. You just need a Ringy account with permission to manage Lead Vendors.

1

Get your Ringy details

Create or edit a Lead Vendor in Ringy, then copy the SID and Auth Token from Integration Details.

Ringy > Lead Vendors > Integration Details
2

Save them once

Paste both values into the Ringy box and save. This is a one-time step for each site.

Forms > Settings > GravityCerts > Ringy
3

Add a feed

On each form, choose Ringy as the Action. Map name, email and phone, then add extras and conditions.

Form > Settings > GravityCerts > Add New
4

Test it

Submit the form, then check the entry's Ringy box for "Accepted by Ringy" and a Lead ID.

Forms > Entries > Ringy box

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Want the full walkthrough? Read the Ringy support articles.

Does it need Zapier or a separate plugin?

No. Ringy is a built-in action in the GravityCerts plugin's Gravity Forms feeds, so there's nothing extra to install and no per-task fees.

Which GravityCerts plans include Ringy?

Every plan. The Ringy integration is included with every GravityCerts plan. You just need your own Ringy account. See plans and pricing.

What if Ringy is down?

It retries 3 more times automatically, after about 1, 5 and 15 minutes. If it still fails, the entry shows Failed and can be resent.

Can it send duplicates?

Not automatically. A lead Ringy accepted is never re-sent on its own, and a manual resend asks for confirmation if Ringy already has the lead.

What's the minimum a lead needs?

A phone number. Without one the lead isn't sent, and the entry says why.

Can I send only some leads?

Yes, with the feed's conditional logic. For example, send only if Producer is empty, only if Auto is checked, or only if consent is ticked.

Can different forms go to different Ringy accounts or vendors?

Yes, with the per-feed SID and Auth Token override. Fill in both together.

Does it pull data back from Ringy?

No. The integration only sends leads to Ringy, using Ringy's public lead-vendor API.

Do I need a developer?

No. A WordPress admin can set it up in about 15 minutes.

Stop moving leads by hand. Start calling them first.
