Can I upgrade to a different pass after purchasing?

Yes indeed! For as long as your Solo Pass or Teams Pass subscription is active, you can visit your account page and upgrade to a higher pass level at a prorated amount.

Will I receive technical support for the website and features?

Absolutely.  Your subscription includes technical support for everything related to your website. As long as your license key is in good standing, we will provide support at no additional charge.

What happens if I do not renew my license?

Your license key is subscription-based and will automatically renew every month.  If you decide to cancel, you will no longer receive support and will no longer be able to log into the admin section of your website.

Can I request a refund?
